Duplex Steel UNS S32205 Heat Exchange & U Tubes are ferritic and slightly austenitic grades alloy tubes and heat exchanger. It finds ideal for utilizing in highly corrosive environments. The heat exchanger is suitable for high-temperature application due to its higher thermal stability and high coefficient of thermal expansion. It is utilized in the cryogenic temperatures up to 300 degree C. It can be exposed to carbide precipitation environments in the severe reducing zone. It is having higher weldability attribute. This grade is weldable with all standard welding process such as arc welding.

UNS S32205 Heat Exchange & U Tubes are resistive to (CSCC) chloride stress corrosion cracking at accelerated temperatures. These are propelled from both hot and cold forming process. it is ideal for used in pitting and crevice corrosion in the higher concentration environments. Duplex steel is known for its excellent impact strength.

Tests:

  • Performed on heat exchangers:
    The tests are Thermal performance test, natural circulation stability tests, PMI test, destructive/non-destructive test, intergranular corrosion test, ultrasonic test, radiographic test, and mechanical test.
  • Performed on tubes:
    Those tests are Leakage test, certainty test, fatigue test, flexure test, compression test, torsion test, Mechanical test, hardness test, chemical test, micro/ macro test, and visual inspection.

Tests certificates:
Standards of products reflect in our MTC report as per EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2. the certificates include NABL test report, raw material test report, mill test report, quality assurance plan, specification guide, disinfection reports, and attested certificate by us.

Packaging details:
Heat exchangers are packed in wooden cases, cartons and pallets with necessary mountings. The tubes are delivered in the form of bundles with end plastic cap supports.
