Alloy A20 (ASTM A 265, B 366, B 463,B 464, B 471, B 472, B 473,B 474, B 475, UNS N08020 NACE MR0175) is a iron-nickel-chromium based, austenitic superalloy. It is one of the most popular alloy developed for maximum resistance to acid attack, specifically sulfuric acid. This superalloy has excellent resistance to general corrosion, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chemicals containing chlorides and sulfuric, phosphoric, and nitric acids. It has addition of niobium for stabilization against sensitization and resultant intergranular corrosion.

It is available in various forms such as Pipes, Tubes, Tubings, Sheets, Fittings, Plates, Round Bar, welding wire etc. Applications of Alloy 20 are in industries including the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, plastics industries. heat exchangers, mixing tanks, metal cleaning and pickling equipment, and piping.

This has common names as Carpenter 20, 20Cb-3®, Incoloy® alloy 20, alloy 20 Stainless Steel or as a nickel alloy. Equivalent grades for standard Alloy 20, UNS N08020, WERKSTOFF NR. 2.4660, AFNOR Z2NCUD31-20AZ, EN NiCr20CuMo, JIS SUS 304, BS 304S31, GOST 08Х18Н10.
